I am a Qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Bachelor's Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Couples Counselling. I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP. I provide both face-to-face sessions in Cork and online therapy, working with individuals and couples to help them achieve their goals and improve their mental wellbeing.

Individual Therapy
This is also known as talk therapy or counselling. It is a collaborative process where a person works one-on-one with a trained therapist. It provides a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, and develop healthier coping strategies. Couples Therapy
