I am a Qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Bachelor's Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Certificate in Couples Counselling. I am a pre-accredited member of the IACP. I provide both face-to-face sessions in Cork and online therapy, working with individuals and couples to help them achieve theirr goals and improve their mental wellbeing.

I support individuals through a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. This is by no means an exhaustive list, as life is complex and each person’s journey is uniquely their own. My approach is centered on honouring your individuality, providing a compassionate and supportive space to explore your experiences and work toward healing, balance, and personal growth.
This is also known as talk therapy or counselling. It is a collaborative process where a person works one-on-one with a trained therapist. It provides a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, and develop healthier coping strategies. Tailored to the individual’s unique needs, this therapeutic process fosters self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
Couples counselling is a therapeutic process that helps partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. Guided by a trained therapist, it addresses issues like trust, intimacy, and compatibility, fostering understanding and creating a healthier, more fulfilling connection.
